• removed BetterBarbedWire Mod
• Pliers (Vanilla item) is now the replacement for the boltcutter
• Changed/Fixed the 3rdperson view for some modded cars
• Added a fixed version of the taser (this will be tested by admins first)
• Fixed safezone message not popping up if entering or leaving the zone
• Fixed trader messages not popping up
• Added some new wheels to the trader
