making game easier for new players

i think i have one rally good idea, how we could make game easier for new players
i noticed thath sometimes new players end playing on zn really fast, and i think thath because they cant play with stronger weps, or they cant buy them.
mostly guns are only for level and higher levels, or level + pow.
so mine idea is thath we could make some really srong weps like cmd, aug, rsas only till level ( i mined u could play with it only till level some level, for example u could use cmd only till level 50). i think thath will provide server from looseing new players.
