Bubbles

Mitch, make that bubbles more expensive, it is too embarrassing, when 2 players can survive with using them one after the other.
10000 power per one bubble much better.

I was planning on adding a bigger delay when there is only one player. But maybe i need to do this when there are 2 left too.
